Refund policy

Buyer will have 30 days from the delivery confirmation of the items to initiate a return. A return shipping label will be provided upon request and the returned items will incur a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the original amount of the order before a refund is issued. Buyer is responsible for the safe and thorough repackaging of their return in a way consistent with or exceeding, the level of packaging quality when items were received. We are unable to issue a refund for items that arrive back to us damaged due to repackaging negligence however buyer is not responsible for shipping carrier negligence.

In the extremely rare event your order arrives damaged or broken, you must email us at hello@nodewallplanter.com within 72 hours of delivery confirmation with your order number and photos of the damaged goods or packaging. We address these situations on a case-by-case basis and outcomes may include a full refund or sending out replacements at no additional cost to the buyer.

Exchanges will be treated as a return in which a return shipping label will be provided upon request and items returned in the condition they were sent in will incur a 20% restocking fee. Buyer must place a new order for desired items.

For items purchased where the buyer pays for shipping, the buyer is responsible to pay return shipping. The 20% restocking fee will not apply to orders where the buyer pays for shipping.
