Processing Time:
We do our very best to keep ahead of demand and maintain a healthy inventory of Node Wall Planters but as mentioned in each product page, processing times vary based on size or quantity. Some Individual Nodes or Node Configurations are ready to ship in 1-3 days and some are made to order and are ready in 3-5 days. Of course, if we have it in stock, it could get sent the same day!
Examples:
3” Node – 1-3 days processing – 1-7 days free shipping (1-3 expedited)
15” Node – 3-5 days processing – 1-7 days free shipping (1-3 expedited)
Email Notifications:
You will be sent a confirmation email when you place your order and then you will be notified via email when your order ships and you will be provided the tracking number.
Standard shipping:
We are located outside of Philadelphia, PA and our free shipping option is UPS Ground (1-7 days delivery time) depending on your location.
Expedited Shipping:
If you need your order sooner, we have given you the option to pay for expedited shipping (1-3 days delivery time) depending on your location.
Other shipping:
If you need your order faster than the shipping services provided, please email or call us. We are here to help.
International Shipping:
We ship everywhere but we do not process international orders on this site. If you are international please, contact us hello@nodewallplanter.com and we would be happy to help you!
In Store Pick-up:
We would love to meet you and show you around our facility! We have some pretty cool stuff going on here. If you would like to come by and pick up you order just send us an email or call to let us know when you will be by so we can have your order ready.
Everything we sell, we make it right here, with materials from here. We have no supply chain problems and no surprises.
